- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 scoop Happy Soul's Smoothie Greens powder
- 1 banana
- 1 cup coconut water (or your own choice of juice!)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)
Instructions:
- Blend Greens and Liquid: In a high-speed blender, combine the Happy Soul's Smoothie Greens powder and coconut water (Or juice). Blend until the greens powder is fully dissolved.
