Tropical Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 scoop Happy Soul's Smoothie Greens powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup coconut water (or your own choice of juice!)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)

    Instructions:

    1. Blend Greens and Liquid: In a high-speed blender, combine the Happy Soul's Smoothie Greens powder and coconut water (Or juice). Blend until the greens powder is fully dissolved.
    • Make it your own: Feel free to customise this smoothie by adding other healthy ingredients like a tablespoon of nut butter for added protein, a splash of vanilla extract for flavour, or a handful of kale for extra greens. 
    • Prep Ahead: To save time, you can prepare smoothie packs with the fruit and spinach pre-portioned and frozen. Just add the liquid and greens powder when you're ready to blend.
